With proper use, EZ-P™ is significantly more discreet and odor-controlled than adult briefs — and carries none of the skin-saturation odor associated with incontinence pads.
EZ-P™ is designed for easy daily hygiene. The silicone funnel and TPU drainage pathway can be rinsed and wiped clean. The cover assembly is removable and washable. Full care instructions are included with every unit.
To sanitize the drainage system, simply flush or wipe the funnel and drainage pathway with rubbing alcohol (isopropyl alcohol). This quickly kills bacteria and neutralizes odor-causing residue — no special cleaners needed. Allow to air-dry briefly before use.
The drainage bag should be emptied and rinsed regularly and replaced periodically — exactly as you would with a standard catheter bag.
