The EZ-P™ is designed for female wheelchair users who need a better way to manage bladder function during daily activities — whether due to spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, stroke, cerebral palsy, or other conditions. It requires wearing a skirt, dress, or adaptive clothing with open access.
The EZ-P™ is an FDA-Registered Class I Medical Device (Patent US12,011,402 B2). Class I medical devices are exempt from premarket approval requirements and are regulated through FDA registration and general controls. It is not "FDA-approved" — that distinction applies to Class II/III devices. We make this distinction clearly and accurately.
The EZ-P™ is available in 7 sizes ranging from 16×16 to 22×20 (Width × Depth, in inches), fitting standard manual and power wheelchairs. When you reserve, we'll ask for your cushion size preference to ensure the right fit.
Reserving your spot requires no payment. Once we confirm availability and your unit is cleared for production, we'll reach out with a payment link. You may cancel at any time before shipping for a full refund — no questions asked.
The outer cover is incontinence-proof and anti-microbial — simply wipe or rinse with water. No machine washing required. The drainage bag can be emptied and sanitized with standard cleaning agents. The fiber base does not absorb liquids, making maintenance simple and quick.
Many users are able to manage setup and drainage independently. Caregivers can assist with initial setup and bag connection. The goal of the EZ-P™ is to maximize independence — not create more dependence.
