I had to pay and schedule people to help me go to the bathroom every day — for years. My independence and my finances were tied to needing someone else there for the most basic things.
My independence and cost of living has increased tremendously. I go on my own, on my schedule — no waiting, no scheduling, no depending on someone else.
As a caregiver, I was spending hours every day helping my daughter go to the bathroom. It consumed our mornings, our outings, our time together.
I have so much more time in my life now. I only help install and uninstall the system in the mornings and evenings — about 5 minutes total each day. That's it.
