We're a lean medtech startup creating real solutions for women wheelchair users. Every role moves the mission forward.
To invent and provide novel medical products that empower lives and glorify God.
To serve the world one continent, country, region, and person at a time.
Originality · Innovation · Fun · Family · Generosity
One active role now, two coming soon. Small team, high trust, real impact.
Clarion Care is a medtech company built around a single, proven insight: women who use wheelchairs deserve a better solution for bladder management while on the go. Our founder experienced this problem firsthand. That personal experience drove the development of the EZ-P™ Bladder Management System — a patented, FDA-Registered Class I medical device cushion that enables women wheelchair users to manage bladder needs discreetly and confidently, without transfers or catheters.
We are expanding our independent sales network and looking for a sharp, connected Florida-based sales professional to help us get this product into the hands of the women who need it — through the rehab centers, VA clinics, SNFs, and DME distributors that serve them.
The opportunityWe are looking for one high-performing 1099 sales contractor to own the state of Florida. This is a ground-floor opportunity with an emerging brand, a patented product with no direct commercial competitor, and a sales structure built to reward closers.
Your primary mission in the first 90 days: activate 10 facility pilots across Florida's rehab hospital, SNF, VA clinic, and DME distributor networks. Beyond that, you'll build a recurring facility account base that generates compounding monthly commission.
This role also positions top performers for a leadership track: we are hiring a National Sales Manager later this year, and the Florida rep who proves the model is the natural first candidate.
What you'll do- Identify, qualify, and present the EZ-P™ to Florida rehab hospitals, SNFs, VA clinics, and DME distributors
- Activate a minimum of 10 facility pilot accounts within your first 90 days
- Build and manage a growing pipeline of institutional and direct accounts across Florida
- Submit B2B order inquiries through our structured process (no independent bulk pricing — we handle that)
- Participate in weekly rep check-ins and monthly pipeline reviews with Sales Director
- Represent Clarion Care with integrity, using only approved clinical language and regulatory descriptors
- An active Florida medtech, DME, HME, or VA sales network you can activate now
- Proven experience selling at the facility level: SNFs, rehab hospitals, VA clinics, or DME distributors
- A track record of closing, not just opening — we need pilots that convert to ongoing orders
- No conflicts with competing catheter or wheelchair bladder management product lines
- The ability and desire to operate as a fully independent 1099 contractor
- Existing relationships at Brooks Rehabilitation, Encompass Health, Jackson Health, NextStep Orlando, or Florida VA facilities
- Experience with DME reimbursement, VA FSS procurement, or institutional GPO purchasing
- Sold a Class I or Class II medical device into institutional accounts
| Monthly sales | Your rate |
|---|---|
| $0 – $5,000 | 10% |
| $5,001 – $15,000 | 12% |
| $15,001+ | 15% — no cap |
No cap on earnings. Commission paid within 30 days of payment receipt, with a full commission statement. Real-time tracking via your GoAffPro dashboard. Example: 10 facility accounts × 6 units/month = $53,940/month gross → ~$6,470/month at the 12% tier.
Why this role- Patented product with no direct commercial competitor in the wheelchair cushion + bladder management space
- Growing institutional channel: VA clinics, SNFs, and rehab hospitals are the primary buyers — sticky, recurring revenue once placed
- Ground floor of a scaling rep network — 40 reps by end of 2026
- NSM leadership path for the right performer
- Full onboarding support: training materials, clinical data, regulatory language guide, GoAffPro tracking, HubSpot CRM
- Mission-driven brand with an authentic founder story that opens doors

The Order Fulfillment Specialist is the final link between Clarion Care and the patients and facilities we serve. You'll own the physical fulfillment operation at our Valdosta headquarters — pulling parts and components, assembling and inspecting finished units, packaging orders to spec, and getting every shipment out the door accurately and on time.
This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role that directly impacts product quality, customer experience, and our ability to fulfill a growing order base. You'll work closely with our operations leadership and be a key part of building a repeatable, scalable fulfillment process from the ground up.
What you'll do- Pick and pull parts and components from inventory to fulfill incoming orders accurately

- Pack orders to Clarion Care packaging standards — correct labeling, documentation, and presentation
- Process outbound shipments via carrier portals (UPS, FedEx, USPS) and coordinate pickups
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and flag low-stock items to operations leadership
- Keep the fulfillment area organized, clean, and compliant with product handling requirements
- Log completed orders and shipment confirmations in our order management system
- Support returns processing and replacement order coordination as needed
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in getting things right the first time
- Comfortable working independently in a small-team environment with minimal supervision
- Prior experience in warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or light assembly — a plus but not required
- Basic computer skills: able to navigate shipping portals, email, and order tracking systems
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand or move for extended periods during the shift
- Punctual and consistent — this role anchors our daily ship schedule
- $15.00/hr — paid biweekly
- Full-time: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- On-site at Clarion Care HQ, Valdosta, GA
- W2 employment — not a contractor position
