If you do nothing else

Three calls that do most of the work.

  1. Call your state AT program Every state has one. Ask about device loan, device reuse, and whether they run a financial loan program for buying equipment.
  2. Call Vocational Rehabilitation If you work, want to work, or are studying toward work. Say the equipment is needed to maintain employment — that is the phrase that opens the case.
  3. Call a Reeve Information Specialist Free, by phone or email. They research funding with you and know what is currently open in your state. Veterans: start with VA Form 28-1900 instead.
