Amy's Story — Clarion Ambassador

My name is Amy Chen, and I've been using a manual wheelchair since 2019 after a spinal cord injury at T6. For the first few years, managing bladder care meant either depending on others or planning my entire life around restroom access — neither felt like independence.

I discovered the EZ-P™ through my OT at the rehab center, and honestly, I was skeptical at first. But after the first week, I realized this was the product I'd been waiting for. I could finally attend full-day conferences, go on road trips, and participate in adaptive sports events without the anxiety that used to hold me back.

I became a Clarion Ambassador because I want every person in the SCI community to know this option exists. Nobody told me about it for three years after my injury — I'm here to make sure that doesn't happen to anyone else.
