You sponsor a unit
Your gift funds one complete EZ-P™ system. It joins a pool that reaches approved recipients on a rolling basis.
A recipient is chosen
Recipients are wheelchair users who applied because of financial need. Our team — and sponsors who opt in — help choose, using anonymized profiles.
The unit is placed
When your sponsored unit reaches its recipient, we let you know — with any detail that recipient has chosen to share.

Free, with no strings
There’s no cost and no obligation. We only ask for your story so we can understand your need.
Reviewed with care
Every request is read by the Clarion Care team. If a sponsor helps choose, they see an anonymized profile only.
Your privacy is protected
Your name, contact details, and any medical information are never shared. Sponsors never see who you are.
You control what’s shared
Nothing about your request is shown to a sponsor unless you choose to opt in — and even then, without your name.
Previous applicants included
If you’ve applied before, your request stays on file — you don’t need to reapply.

A note on what a sponsorship is
Sponsoring a unit is a gift, not a tax-deductible donation. Clarion Care, LLC is a business, not a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit — so a sponsorship is not tax-deductible. Sponsors give simply so others can experience the freedom they deserve.
A sponsorship also isn’t eligible for FSA or HSA reimbursement, because those accounts apply to your own or a dependent’s medical care, not to a unit given to someone else.
